Grapple Chapel is a men’s ministry that blends the Band of Brothers curriculum with the discipline of Jiu-Jitsu to cultivate brotherhood, accountability, and discipleship. Our mission is to strengthen men in both spirit and body, equipping them to lead in their homes, communities, and faith.
Our three-month summer program meets every Sunday throughout the summer and costs just $20 for the entire experience. After completing the summer session, participants stay connected through After Action—monthly Sunday gatherings that continue until the next summer program begins. We intentionally keep participation accessible, with no ongoing cost beyond the initial $20 fee, ensuring that financial barriers never stand in the way of growth, mentorship, and community.
Graduation from Grapple Chapel is a commitment that requires discipline and consistency. Students may miss no more than two sessions, and one of those must be made up in order to graduate. Throughout the three-month journey, participants are expected to fully engage on the mats, actively take part in group discussions, and join in a community service project—putting faith into action by serving others.
To participate, each man must bring three essentials:
A Bible for spiritual grounding
A Band of Brothers Training Book for guided study and reflection
NoGi attire for training on the mats
At its core, Grapple Chapel is about more than just training—it’s about sharpening one another, growing in Christ, and walking out the calling of biblical manhood with strength, humility, and purpose.
