• Build Camaraderie – share life, struggles, and victories while strengthening the bonds that carry over onto and off the mats.

• Study the Word – open Scripture together, discovering how God’s truth applies to our lives as men, husbands, fathers, and leaders.

• Hold Each Other Accountable – ask the tough questions, speak truth in love, and encourage one another to walk with integrity and purpose.

Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” Squad Time is where that sharpening happens—real conversations, real growth, and real brotherhood.
